Born (1974) and raised in Opole (Poland). Since 1996 various assistances and internships in the fields of photography and film.
2000 – 2008 film studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund (Cinematography Department). Since 2000 work as cinematographer, director and editor for feature films, short films, documentaries. 2006 exchange student at the Escuela Internacional de Cine y Television in Havanna (Cuba).
Presentations on various international filmfestivals (e.g.: Plus Camerimage, 2007 and 2008). Several international awards, amongst others 1st Prize Winner „Best Cinematography“ for Europe, Africa, Meaddle East Region on Kodak Filmschool Competition 2009. Nomination for „German Shortfilm Award 2009“ and „First Steps Award 2009“.
